Whipped Basil Dip with Blistered Tomatoes
Basil and tomatoes combine with cream cheese to make a fresh and easy spread.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup (8 oz) feta cheese crumbles
- 1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, tightly packed, plus more for garnish
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- Club® Crackers
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly charred and juiced begin to release, about 3 minutes. Cover and chill for at least 10 minutes.
2. Combine feta, cream cheese, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse, scraping down the sides as necessary, until completely smooth and all ingredients are incorporated, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Top with blistered tomatoes and drizzle with additional olive oil. Garnish with additional basil leaves and serve with Club® Crackers.
