Warm Asiago and Jam Crackers
So delicious and so simple—this appetizer combining a dollop of warm preserves, melted cheese and toasty pecans—can’t be beat during the holiday season.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces Asiago fresh cheese or sharp white cheddar cheese
- 36 Club® Original Crackers
- 36 Town House® Pita Crackers Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup fig preserves or apricot spreadable fruit
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
Directions
1. Cut cheese into 36 triangular-shaped slices to fit crackers. In shallow baking pan arrange crackers in a single layer. Top each cracker with cheese piece. Spoon preserves on top. Sprinkle with pecans.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 375° F for 3 to 4 minutes or until preserves bubble and cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately.
