Ingredients

  • 2 cups (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, divided
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
  • Caramel sauce, optional, for drizzling
  • Club® Original Crackers, for serving

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese until smooth in medium bowl. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and mix until combined.

2. Spread mixture evenly over the bottom of a 8x8-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

3. Combine apples, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in small saucepan over medium-low heat.

4. Cook, stirring occasionally until apples are tender and brown sugar has completely dissolved, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over cream cheese mixture in baking dish.
