Snowy Snack Mix
A mix of your favorite snacks to take on the road or enjoy inside on a snow day.

Ingredients
- 1 box Club® Mini Crackers
- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 3 cups miniature pretzels
- 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups (16 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1 cup (8 oz) green and red candy coated chocolate pieces
- Red and green nonpareil sprinkles
- 3 cups powdered sugar, for coating
Directions
1. Combine Club® Mini Crackers, popcorn, pretzels and marshmallows in a large bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat white chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl for 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth. Pour evenly over cracker mixture and toss gently to coat.
3. Before chocolate is fully set, sprinkle with candy coated chocolate pieces and sprinkles.
4. Place powdered sugar in a resealable gallon sized bag. Add snack mix and seal bag. Shake to coat in powdered sugar. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and enjoy.
