Peppermint Bark

Minty and sweet combine with light, flaky, and buttery of Club® for the perfect winter treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Club® Original Crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • Christmas sprinkles, as desired

Directions

1. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange Club® Original Crackers in a single layer onto prepared baking sheet and set aside.

2. Combine butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 280°F. Pour sugar mixture evenly over crackers and let cool completely.

3. Heat dark chocolate in microwave-safe bowl for 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth. Stir in peppermint extract and pour mixture evenly over crackers, spreading out into an even layer.

4. While chocolate is melted, sprinkle with crushed candy canes and christmas sprinkles.

5. Refrigerate until chocolate is completely set, about 15-20 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
