Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Dash salt
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) chunk white tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions
1. In small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic and salt. Add tuna, carrot, onion and parsley. Toss to coat. Serve with crackers.
