Pear and Blue Cheese Crackers
Pungent blue cheese perfectly complements the pear slices on top of these crisp crackers.

Ingredients
- 1 small red or green pear, cored and thinly sliced
- 18 Club® Reduced Fat crackers
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (1 oz.)
- Fresh chives (optional)
Directions
1. Trim pear slices to fit on crackers, if necessary. Top each cracker with about 2 pear slices and some of the blue cheese. Arrange on serving platter. Garnish with chives (if desired).
Note: To prevent browning, brush pear slices with a little lemon juice (if desired).
